I the undersigned, release Alberta Bobsleigh Association, its officers, and employees from any claim whatsoever arising from any illness or injury to my person, including death or the loss of any of my property resulting from and arising out of participation in the program.  I understand clearly that by signing this release, I will be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against Alberta Bobsleigh Association for any loss or damage connected with any property loss or personal injury that I sustain while participating in or preparing for any bobsleigh program or activity, whether or not such loss or injury is caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Alberta Bobsleigh Association. I hereby give notice of my intention to enter the 2025 – 2026 Alberta Bobsleigh programs and I have or know of no medical reason which would restrict or prohibit my participation.
